Minimum of 5+ years years of experience working in a warehouse/fulfillment operations capacity

Bachelor’s degree in business with 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management

Responsible for receiving incoming product, entering product into internal inventory management software and ensuring accuracy between actual and online inventory count

Accurately manage inventory across all locations both physically and in systems and implement controls in place

Assist the manager in forecasting equipment, materials and supplies

Assist in system/process documentation with the goal of optimizing productivity, logistics and the customer experience

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, material and component flow and information management principles

Manage the various activities related to material management and procurement.

Ensure efficient inventory management in the Montreal Campus warehouse.

Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management and/or logistics

Working in conjunction with the production manager, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams, in order to ensure a healthy production cadence.

Develop, implement and manage strategic initiatives to strengthen the entire supply chain in "lean" environment.

Solid understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data privacy, and data analytics.

Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role, designing and implementing technology solutions for back-office operations.

In-depth understanding of back-office processes, such as finance, e-fulfillment, procurement, and legal operations, as well as related technologies and platforms.

Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management.

Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation. Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms.

Build, communicate and execute a change management plan.

Experience in business case development, for simple and complex projects with varying levels of ROI and direct / indirect business benefit.

Partner with cross-functional partners to develop & manage budgets and plans for the programs.

8+ years of relative experience, preferably in a vertically integrated, global, specialty retail environment

Demonstrated knowledge and skills in procurement and logistics management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management,or other relevant discipline.

Possess a good understanding of facility infrastructure and asset management

3 years relevant, recent experience

Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Ability to effectively use MS Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel

Established history of managing multiple projects simultaneously with progression into program management.

3+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics, inventory management, pick and pack and customer service

Oversee the inventory management process across the Company; ensure accurate and effective inventory control standards are adhered to

Implementation of size/fit, loyalty program and review management software and strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Procure and manage levels of operational supplies and equipment, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts and nourishing relationship
