FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. a Day In The Life
Reporting to the Manager, Margin FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Product Margin long range planning model and driving process improvement through the use of technology.

• The Senior Financial Analyst will update and maintain the Product Margin long range planning model on a quarterly cadence.
• Key strategic partner to Regional FP&A teams and Global Planning teams.
• Leverage long range planning model to inform rolling forecast and budget targets.
• Leverage PowerBI to transition key reporting and analysis from excel to an interactive dashboard format.
• Partner on long term projects to drive additional visibility into different Product Margin drivers.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle EPM and PowerBI an asset.
• 6+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with fast-paced business environments.
• Ability to cultivate strong business partnerships with all levels, including Senior Leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
• Retail industry experience an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration. CPA or MBA a plus.
