About This Team
The Senior Reporting and Systems Analyst is an exceptional analytical thinker who is passionate about data insights and identifying product quality opportunities using best-in-class analytics tools. This individual will be part of an analytics team partnering with technology, product management, and all product functions from design and development to sourcing, fulfillment, merchandising, planning, and allocation. The Senior Reporting and Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing analysis methodologies, conducting user acceptance testing, producing advanced data models, communicating operational metrics to business stakeholders, and representing business requirements to technology and product management. Partnering with the same colleagues, the Senior Reporting and Systems Analyst will work on projects tackling the most difficult challenges facing our Product teams.
A Day In The Life

• Extract data from disparate data sources to conduct operational, strategic, and exploratory analysis in support of strategies, issue investigation, and self-service reporting tools
• Supporting in building business cases for strategic initiatives and special projects as part of AOP such as program creation, operational support, and maintenance
• Improves Voice of Guest data sources and collaborate with teams who manage the channels and 3rd party vendors to create and implement best-in-class tools, including deeper levels of text analytics
• Publish operational and ad-hoc reporting for Global Product Quality including but not limited to product testing and inspections

Nice to haves

• Has a strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive clarity in complex and ambiguous scenarios
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and/or build complex reporting solutions
• 8 years of data analytics, data modelling, and reporting, preferable in a retail or supply chain environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, database management, data modeling, and database structures; experience with Smartsheet and SSRS/PBI Report Builder
