Key Responsibilities will be:

· Being a contributor on a fantastic estimating team

· T&T sells products and projects, an important skill will be working with multiple product estimators to assemble project estimates that utilize multiple product lines

· Identify potential conflicts between project documents

· Ensuring consistency within quotations

· Cost monitoring and reporting on projects

· Communicate with clients, outside sales team, engineering team

· Gather information and pricing to estimate costs for projects

· Review specifications and create estimates and documentation meeting the requirements

· Must have good understanding of electrical design concepts

· Competence and ease with technology (Strong computer skills)

· Knowledge of construction projects for commercial and industrial sector

· Ability to prioritize, remain calm and multi-task under pressure in a dynamic environment.

· Must have some Electrical Knowledge

· Must be health and safety conscious

· Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks

· Strong negotiation skills

· Engineering degree or Construction Management degree, Technical College diploma, or equivalent combination of technical training and/ or related experience.
