Senior Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a SENIOR Customer Service Representative in Mississauga, ON
Start Date: Immediately
Shift: Days - Full Time
Location: Bramalea Rd & Derry Rd
Rate: $23-24/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are meeting and exceeding performance goals and providing excellent customer service
• Ensure that all customer service representatives are properly trained and have access to the tools and resources needed to provide exceptional service
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, drivers, and other team members
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
• Resolve complex customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a transportation or logistics company
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others
