Trilogy is a B2B software company with a portfolio of over 100 products and a high-velocity acquisition model capable of acquiring two companies per week. Our team is responsible for creating and delivering new business services. Our business services are diverse and offer the opportunity to learn about a variety of areas within Trilogy, ranging from hiring to mergers & acquisitions to academics.

Your focus will be on creating new services to expand our growing academic offerings. We are working with several EdTech startups that utilize learning apps to teach K-12 students. You'll design and improve services that help students learn 2x as fast, optimize their use of the apps, and develop and achieve challenging goals. This will involve designing systems, testing theories, working directly with the customer (students!), and overseeing a team of analysts and coaches.

What You Will Be Doing

• Taking a service offering from ideation to implementation
• Obsessing over quality, rapidly iterating to build the best system
• Taking risks, trialing new services, and learning from real-world feedback

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Making subjective judgment calls. We are a data-driven organization, and each decision needs to be substantiated by evidence.
• Project management, product management, or program management. This role is much more hands-on and in-the-details than a normal operations role.

• At least 5 years of work experience (post-graduation) in any industry
• University degree
• Experience in at least two functional business areas (operations, sales, product, etc.)
• Superior business writing skills

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
