Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Functional BA to join one of the world's largest consulting companies for a 6-month contract (with extension possibility). The candidate will be servicing a Salesforce implementation project for a healthcare company, owning the Patient Support Program workstream. The candidate will report into the Functional Manager, taking direction and independently running with it. To be successful, strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (workflows, reporting, etc.) is required, as well as the ability to guide and help with sessions, design, and write user stories. Strong Salesforce knowledge will also be needed to take on some solutioning as needed.
