Experience in customer facing skills to be able to deliver demos and technical discussions with client

5+ years of QA Experience

Experience with functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing

Proven ability to support the management of projects, lead discovery and build cycles, and work in a collaborative team environment

Lead a variety of workshops including business process reviews, discovery sessions, requirements gathering sessions, and design sessions.

Perform analysis of complex business information including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps.

Work alongside a PM to manage project budget and profitability, delivery schedules and overall quality of the solution.

3+ years of experience in a Project Lead, Solution Architect, or Lead Business Analyst role

3+ years of experience in user acceptance test planning and execution

Good coding skills and integration experience with SAP

5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analysis experience that includes gathering & documenting software requirements.

BA with SFDC lightning experience (Must to have)

Prepare requirements, solutions and supporting documentation (i.e. use cases, user stories, process flows, business rules, UI mock-ups).
