• Design the tech spec, low level detail plan for large scale application migration or upgrade.
• Create and manage project management plans
• Coordinate and track progress with various internal and external teams and vendors
• Act as single point of contact and lead for the entire migration/upgrade program for various applications
• Report status update to management
• Create and maintain RAID log and secure dependencies
• Must have sound knowledge of Windows Servers and SQL Database.
• Previous hands on working knowledge of migrating or upgrading large scale applications
• Ability to create and execute test cases, work with vendors and business users to coordinate and execute testing
• Fulfilling project governance artifacts and operations readiness.
