Job Description
As a Scrum Master at Strive Business Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our development teams to reach their full potential. This includes not only overseeing the scrum process but also fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Removing Impediments: Proactively identify and resolve any barriers that might obstruct the team's progress, coordinating with other departments if necessary.
  • Monitoring Progress: Track sprint progress, maintain relevant metrics, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Oversee adherence to Scrum principles and organizational policies, maintaining the integrity of the Scrum framework.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, promoting innovation, and implementing improvements to the scrum process.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations and goals.
  • Coaching the Team: Provide ongoing coaching to the team in Agile principles, enhancing their ability to work effectively and deliver high-quality products.
  • Fostering Collaboration: Encourage open communication within the team and with stakeholders, promoting a culture of trust and cooperation.
  • Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies: Organise and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives, ensuring active participation from all team members.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
