Iris's client, a leading canadina bank is looking to hire a "PM/Scrum Master” for a right to hire role.

Work location: Downtown Toronto/Hybrid working (3 days/week)

Must-have:

Proven experience leading large, complex projects within the financial services industry

Experience delivering projects using various methodologies, including Agile and iterative waterfall project methodologies.

Proven experience as a scrum master (managing medium-to-large scale initiatives) in a dependent multi-agile team environment, using influence to facilitate outcomes, including practical experience facilitating all key Agile ceremonies and practices

Experience following agile project management best practices and methodologies

Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, other PM tools

Understanding of IT principles, including project lifecycles, testing, estimating and architecture

General management skills including negotiating, communicating and team building

Proven ability to manage projects with third-party vendors and significant technology components

Nice-to-have:

Advanced knowledge of Atlassian products (specifically Jira and Confluence)

Experience leading large, complex initiatives

Experience managing several significant projects simultaneously

Experience mentoring and guiding teams with project methodology

Wealth Management experience, with strong knowledge of Retail Trading, Direct Investing and Trade Flow (how the different components are connected)

SCM and PMP certification
