We are looking for a Sales Representatives to work from this exclusive boutique environment in the East end of Ottawa. In this role, you'll be guiding clients through their entire purchase journey, helping them select the right products and materials, and getting to make a lasting impact for the better on their home renovations!
Job Title: Sales Rep.
Salary: 56K
Job Type: Full time , On site
Hours: Monday to Friday -8am to 5pm with rotating shifts on Wed &Thurs

Responsibilities
What you'll need to do here:

• Schedule appointments with customers who have large projects such as whole home renovation, multiple bathrooms, to determine their needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Assist in-person customers
• Other duties as assigned
• Create all orders, quotes or bids in the computer, using already established procedures, pricing etc. from the Sales Manager, ensure accuracy of information.
• Perform follow-up calls with customers

Qualifications
What you'll need to be successful:

• Able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English communication
• Track record of customer success
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably from a high-ticket retailer
• Must pass a criminal backcheck
• High level of comfort with MS Office suite, ERP or Order entry systems
