The Graham Real Estate team is a highly recognized and reputable team located in Milton, ON. Our team services a wide geographical region, including the North & West GTA (Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, etc.), Hamilton, Kitchener/Cambridge, Guelph, and all surrounding areas.
We are looking for highly motivated REALTORS® - new or experienced - to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
·Work with clients to determine their real estate needs and preferences
·Provide guidance and support throughout the buying or selling process
·Conduct market research to determine property values and market trends
·Assist clients with property viewings and inspections
·Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
·Prepare and review legal documents, such as purchase agreements and contracts
·Coordinate and attend all major milestone achievements, such as inspections, revisits, etc.
·Maintain and grow a network of contacts to generate leads and referrals
·Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws and regulations
·Market and promote properties to potential buyers
·Maintain active involvement in local communities and activities
Qualifications
·Valid real estate license in Ontario (or in the process of obtaining one)
·Proven experience in sales and customer service
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
·Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations
·Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
·Strong organizational and time management skills
·Experience with real estate and/or business marketing and promotion
