What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead, create, and execute Market Business plans, budgets, and strategies to surpass the company's fiscal goals.
  • Cultivate and manage a successful, professional sales network by evaluating and improving processes.
  • Generate high-volume, profitable sales while achieving maximum market penetration with as few service requirements as possible.
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with Builders, Contractors, Architects, Trade organizations and Consumer clients.
  • Actively engage in new business development and sales activities, seizing major opportunities to expand our market presence.
Who You Are
  • Experience in windows, doors, and glazing as well as knowledge of Fiberglass is a huge asset.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experienced in professional selling, business development and demand generation.
  • Experience working in Construction / Building / Development Industries.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a focus on B2B knowledge.
