Job Description
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Ongoing training (one-on-one)

Tasks And Responsibilities


  • Understanding and addressing specific customer needs
  • Present our company to prospects through a consultative sales approach (non-aggressive sales)
  • Managing communication with the customer throughout the entire order process
  • Researching and contacting international prospects (primarily through phone calls and emails)


Skills And Requirements


  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
  • Status: Must be a resident of Canada or have a valid Canadian work permit
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and determination. Comfortable with telephone prospecting.
  • Keen sense of confidentiality, priorities, and responsibilities

Tâches Et Responsabilités


  • Comprendre et répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients
  • Rechercher et contacter des prospects à l’international (majoritairement par appels téléphoniques et emails)
  • Présenter notre compagnie à travers une approche de vente consultative (approche non-agressive)
  • Gérer la communication avec le client durant tout le processus de la commande


Compétences Et Exigences


  • Avoir le sens aigu de la confidentialité, des priorités et des responsabilités
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Autres langues : un atout
  • Travailler aussi bien indépendamment qu’en équipe
  • Être organisé(e) et avoir le souci du détail et de la précision
  • Capacité de respecter les échéances dans un rythme de travail rapide.
  • Attitude positive et détermination. Être à l'aise avec le démarchage téléphonique.
  • Statut : être un résident du Canada ou avoir un permis de travail canadien valide
