Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team in Montreal, QC. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing sales support to our Sales Manager and CSO. This includes but is not limited to screening new customer inquiries, scanning and organizing documents, filing, data collection, reporting and data entry. The Sales Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating travel and managing calendars.

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes, an asset
• Previous experience in a sales role or as an assistant is an asset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English is a must, bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
