Your Role As Assistant

• Support and process occasional commercial requests
• Properly document all interactions with customers.
• Receive and qualify requests from customers and prospects, ensuring they are processed by the sales team.
• Ensure payment collection and manage unsubscriptions.
• Handle follow-up calls for new customers after purchase.
• Provide customer service as required
• Help the sales team in achieving their objective.

What You Need

• Experience in client service is an asset.
• Experience with CRM software is an asset. (It doesn't matter if you don't know it as long as you have the ability and determination to learn).
• Bilingual (English/French - asset).
• Organized, excellent communicator.
• Computer knowledge.
• Objective judgement and quick decision-making skills.
• Knowledge or strong interest in agriculture or accounting.
• Customer experience in a technological environment
• You must be an autonomous person, resourceful, team player.
