About the job


Book and Issue tickets for passengers on scheduled flights. Provide customers with accurate information about Royal Jordanian flights, times, dates and tickets' prices.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and coordinate with customers to meet their requests
  • Inform clients of essential and accurate travel information, such as travel times, flights , availability , transportation connections, prices , Make and confirm reservations, explain rules and give quotes and fares, issue their tickets and arrange Hotel vouchers for certain destination if needed
  • Compile daily balanced sales transaction reports and deliver the cash to the accountant at the end of each day.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from the direct Supervisor/Manager.
  • Book and issue rail way tickets for certain destination
  • Process tickets refund or compensation and coordinate to handle the refund amount/Cash to customers
  • Implement airlines polices & procedure and insure that quality standards are met
  • Issue Tickets and collect deposits or payments by credit card charge, check or cash.
  • Assist in re-scheduling cancelled or delayed flights
  • Promote RJ special offers & services such as CIP lounge , Go crown, RJ mobile application/ website
  • Handle customer requirements/requests professionally ensuring minimum complaints
  • Handle & coordinate special passenger’s needs & requests such as medical cases , stretcher case , UMNR.
  • Coordinate & communicate with RJ Outstations offices regarding special fare tickets and rules
  • Issue & collect excess baggage charges
  • Obtaining & coordinating for the process of issuing employees tickets or discounted tickets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of airline sales experience
