Reservations Ticketing Agent Jobs

Opera Property Manager System (PMS) and Central Reservations System (CRS) experience an asset.

Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Word, and Excel.

Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service

Previous reservations or sales experience is an asset.

Must display strong communication, analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously.

Manage incoming calls to the Front Office, both internal and external.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Accurately quote and input reservations via multiple channels such as phone, email, fax, and online platforms.

Review transient reservations for accuracy in rate codes, billing, deposits, and other relevant details.

Respond promptly to guests' inquiries through the general mailbox, maintaining proper documentation.

Process deposits, cancellations, and no-show reservations.

Experience with both BSP and ARC

5+ years of experience as a Ticketing Agent

Experience arranging domestic and international travel for multiple corporate clients

Experience as an international rate desk agent (an asset)

Familiarity with passport and visa requirements for international travel

Oversee queues that are assigned to them, including but not limited to schedule changes, ticket exchanges, general invoicing, refunds and more.

Handle customer requirements/requests professionally ensuring minimum complaints

Promote RJ special offers & services such as CIP lounge , Go crown, RJ mobile application/ website

Perform other related duties as assigned from the direct Supervisor/Manager.

Minimum 2 years of airline sales experience

Issue Tickets and collect deposits or payments by credit card charge, check or cash.

Issue & collect excess baggage charges
