YOUR MISSION


As an Advisor – Ticketing Operations Management for touring shows, you will report to the Ticketing Operations Director. You will play a crucial and central role in achieving the business objectives of the Touring Shows division at Cirque du Soleil.


  • Monitoring and managing ticket inventories, anticipating necessary measures based on market trends.
  • Planning the workload related to ticketing operations for each market under your responsibility, ensuring their execution and monitoring.
  • Conducting sales performance analyses for past and current markets.
  • Responding to emergencies outside of established working hours.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure coverage of legal, financial, and tax aspects.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing essential steps in show programming.
  • Taking responsibility for programming offers in ticketing systems, in collaboration with partners when necessary.
  • Explaining established strategies and guiding various ticketing partners.
  • Acting as a reliable internal communication channel for information dissemination.
  • Ensuring the quality of information distributed on various sales platforms and ticketing products.
  • Developing and presenting pricing strategies aligned with defined objectives to the management.


YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE


  • Profound knowledge of ticketing software: Outbox and Ticketmaster.
  • A college diploma and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent proficiency in both French and English, both orally and in writing / proficiency in a third language is a significant asset.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent ability to handle pressure and a heavy workload.
