Developing and presenting pricing strategies aligned with defined objectives to the management.

Advisor – Ticketing Operations Management

Taking responsibility for programming offers in ticketing systems, in collaboration with partners when necessary.

A college diploma and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

Profound knowledge of ticketing software: Outbox and Ticketmaster.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Experience with both BSP and ARC

5+ years of experience as a Ticketing Agent

Experience arranging domestic and international travel for multiple corporate clients

Experience as an international rate desk agent (an asset)

Familiarity with passport and visa requirements for international travel

Oversee queues that are assigned to them, including but not limited to schedule changes, ticket exchanges, general invoicing, refunds and more.

Minimum 2-3 years’ sales experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities

Proven sales success and experience managing a team

Minimum 2 years extensive Customer service experience, coupled with a strong work ethic.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and details efficiently and simultaneously.

Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional approach

Strong prospecting skills and building client relationships.

Ability to manage pressure and a significant workload;

Knowledge of Outbox and Ticketmaster;
