We are currently seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide a full range of administrative support in the full life cycle of recruitment and support the Talent Acquisition team. The successful ideal candidate will require a high level of organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, anticipate the needs of others on the team and pay close attention to details.


In addition, the successful candidate will be able to be a quick learner on multiple systems including but not limited to our Human Resources Information System (Dayforce), our Performance Management System (Saba Talent Space), our Video Recruiting Tool (VidCruiter) and our Background Check Provider platform (Sterling Backcheck).


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to posting jobs, screening candidates, administering pre-employment testing/screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, background checks, creating offer letters and completing the onboarding process in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS);

• Accountable to assist managing our video recruiting tool for prescreening and assessing candidates to hire candidates in a timely manner;

• Support the analysis on key metrics to measure the success of recruitment initiatives and assist with evidence based recommendations for continuous improvement;

• Other responsibilities, projects and assignments as required.


Qualifications:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Commerce, Business/Administration with specialization in Human Resources as an asset;

• Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines without sacrificing work standards;

• A high degree of proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook;

• Previous experience creating and maintaining reports in Excel;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Ability to multitask and understand changing priorities.
