This is a non-union position
We are seeking an Advisor, Records Management to join our team who will lead and perform the Power Operation Business Units Records Management activities.

What Would You Do
  • You would create, oversee, and manage the Power Operation's records and information management program. This includes composing, establishing, and maintaining effective records management policies, procedures, and systems and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards and Enbridge’s Enterprise Policies.
  • Build and maintain records retention schedules, ensuring that records are properly classified, indexed, and archived.
  • Collaborate with IT to develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for records management.
  • Collaborate with various groups to assess their records management needs and provide guidance on standard methodologies.
  • Conduct periodic audits to assess the records management program's effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on records management policies and procedures.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Solid understanding of records management principles, standard processes, and legal requirements.
  • Experience and/or administrator knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or other document control systems is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in records management or a related field.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Professional certifications in records management or related fields (such as AIIM – CRM, ARMA - IGP, or AIIM - CIP) are preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel within North America. This role will require 25 % travel to sites across US and Canada.

Physical Requirements
