Engineering Records Analyst Jobs

Agilus is recruiting for an Engineering Records Analyst/Quality Auditor in the Oil & Gas Industry.

Our client, North America's largest energy company, is hiring an Engineering Record Analyst/Quality Auditor in Edmonton or Calgary location. This is a 1 year contract role with possibility of further extension.

A typical day:

• Assist in the engineering record quality and processing reviews for other programs and projects
• Review engineering record packages and determine the package contents and record classifications
• Perform quality reviews to ensure records packages are in accordance with company specifications and standards
• Assist in other record projects including meta data preparation, ad-hoc reviews, and record searches
• Split and apply meta data in accordance with company specifications
• The primary focus of this position is to assist in the integration activities associated with the acquisition of pipeline and facility assets
• Work with project and turnover groups to resolve deficiencies and ensure records are verifiable, traceable, and complete

Successful candidates will have:

• Field experience working with engineering records and turnover
• A degree/diploma in engineering
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
• Experience working with EPC’s or vendor suppliers is considered an asset
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other emerging technologies
• Strong customer service focus and organizational skills
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the subject matter
• Oil and gas and pipeline experience is considered an asset
