Title : Learning Specialist- EMR

Location: Vancouver, BC & Alberta (Day 1 Onsite, Then hybrid position)

Need resources with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) experience, basically healthcare domain. Do cross check this with candidates before submitting.

Good understanding of the Canadian Healthcare system. Flexibility to work Western Canada Time zone.

Ability to travel 30-40% within Canada for onsite training at clinics.

JD:

•Deliver training sessions to clinical and non-clinical Center staff and learning solutions for multiple and/or more complex curriculums using all mediums including in-class, e-learning, virtual facilitation, and blended. May also deliver new content through new mediums

•Contribute to the design of training sessions and learning solutions

•Maintain training materials to ensure documentation is current and relevant given market changes and evolution

•Track and manage performance in the classroom and, if required, manage transition to team manager/stakeholder

•Follow standard evaluation and measurement process/protocol to assess comprehension and adoption of knowledge to ensure successful job readiness transition. Travel is required for 30-40% of the time. Travel will be a planned schedule as per the customer schedule. Work in MST or PST, 40 hours work week (Mon – Friday).
