Minimum Requirements (Must to Have)

• Working knowledge of EpicCare EMR

• Possess EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient Procedure Orders, and Order Transmittal certifications

• Clinical laboratory interface experience

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of medical terminology considered an asset

Exceptional problem solving skills with the ability to critically think and focus on issue resolution in order to drive efficiencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in a clear and articulate manner

Superior problem solving skills with ability to make decisions confidently when information or guidelines are lacking

Comfortable recommending process changes to achieve better experience for members and employees

Two years related experience preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (Cerner Millennium) an asset

Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Grade 12 plus successful completion of a recognized medical secretarial or medical transcription program

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Responsible for the successful management of the products' life cycle from 'cradle to grave' in their respective BU portfolio

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a health care setting preferred

Experience with EFR, Megamation, Meeting Planner, SHARE, Medworxx Bed Board, SAP and MFUs preferred

Recent NVCI training / certification considered an asset

Successful completion of Grade 12 or equivalent required

Oversee the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of EMR platforms and related technologies.

Configuration, deployment and management of threat detection and response security tools.

Project Management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

Location: Vancouver, BC & Alberta (Day 1 Onsite, Then hybrid position)

Good understanding of the Canadian Healthcare system. Flexibility to work Western Canada Time zone.

Ability to travel 30-40% within Canada for onsite training at clinics
