Strong knowledge of document and records management best practices and standard procedures.

Excellent time management and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency.

Ability to understand and apply records management rules, policies, and procedures using cloud based EDRMS solutions.

3 or more years of EDRMS system analyst experience.

Experience with migration projects involving EDRMS systems.

Experience in requirements determination and in workflow analysis and design in a healthcare environment

Apply professional knowledge, experience and best practices to enable the project team to achieve project objectives.

Prepare and present recommendations to client executives and senior managers, internal and external stakeholders, and NTT DATA management.

University degree or college diploma relevant to business analysis or equivalent education and experience.

Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities, combined with consensus building skills.

Provide a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for improvements to business processes, policies and information systems.

Grade 12 and two (2) year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

2 years of coding experience in the health information management field

Demonstrated planning, organizing, prioritizing and time management skills

Successful completion of a 2-3 year diploma from a recognized Canada Health Information Management Association recognized program (2085 hours)

Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development including completion of 36 continuing education credits every three years post-graduation

Knowledge of health information systems (3M, Discharge Abstract Database, National Ambulatory Reporting system, & ADT system (MEDITECH /STAR)

Demonstrated critical thinking skills and good judgement

Excellent organization and time management skills

Grade XII plus graduation from an accredited Health Information Management Program required

Certified member in good standing of the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA) required

Extensive knowledge of privacy legislation

Demonstrated judgment and decision making skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient keyboarding skills with clear demonstrated knowledge of Windows

Maintains current knowledge of alarm procedures

Grade 12 plus successful completion of a one year secretarial or business program, or 1 year recent clerical/secretarial experience required

Good interpersonal and communication skills – a high degree of tact, judgment, and confidentiality

Experience with scanning and archiving process is an asset

Incumbent will be required to pass a written skills test and interview process
