Property Accounting Analyst Jobs

Our client, a global provider of real estate services and investment management, located in downtown Toronto is looking to hire a Property Accounting Analyst on a full-time base. This is a role that involves more than property accounting!!!!

As the Property Accounting Analyst, you will report to the VP Finance and be primarily responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information with helps the company manage their properties and budgets more effectively. Through this, you will produce the monthly financials, analyze and reconcile all the balance sheet accounts, review tenant leases and monitor cash flow. You will also get involved in the quarterly MD&A, reporting and analysis for the assignment properties.

To be considered for this great full time opportunity, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;

• Systems savvy with MS Excel and accounting systems
• CPA designation (or very close to completion)
• Experience with Yardi Voyageur is a must have
• 5+ years of property management accounting experience, ideally with CAMS recovery experience

**note, this is a hybrid role - 3 days a week in office
