Accounting Analyst III

Location: North York ON

1-year Contract

Hybrid Model: Mandatory In-Office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) / Remote (Wednesday & Friday)

 Support Direct purchase (ABC) and Open Bill Program- (OBA) Third Party Vendors and Suppliers

 Conduct analyses and prepare reports as required with regards to ABC/OBA Customers.

 Perform/prepare ad-hoc analysis, studies, surveys, and reports to support the ABC/OBA Remittances, moth end reporting.

 Validate monthly client remittances and remittance statements and ensure required approvals are acquired.

 Monitor group mailbox and respond to customer inquiries.

 Submit change requests from Gas Vendors/Customers to their payment accounts

MUST HAVES:

 Post secondary education in Finance/Accounting or related discipline with 3-5 years business experience.

 Proven Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, i.e. EXCEL- Intermediate proficiency, WORD, and PowerPoint

 Results oriented individual with the ability to investigate, analyze and resolve tasks, problems, issues in an efficient and effective manner

 Excellent written, verbal communication skills.

 Demonstrated ability to build co-operative internal and external working relationships.
