Junior Property Analyst Jobs

5+ years of property management accounting experience, ideally with CAMS recovery experience

Experience with Yardi Voyageur is a must have

CPA designation (or very close to completion)

Systems savvy with MS Excel and accounting systems

**note, this is a hybrid role - 3 days a week in office

Be responsible for all aspects of real estate/property management; including cost administration

Prepare and manage budgets and projects investments

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Handle a portfolio of office, retail, industrial and residential properties

Twelve years of professional experience, including at least seven years of experience in patent analytics.

Experience in energy, chemicals, or sustainability technologies is preferred, but not required.

Conduct patent searches to support This Company organizations in making patent-related decisions including patentability (novelty), freedom-to-operate /infringement, and invalidity searches.

Perform competitive and benchmark analysis of patents and commercial product landscape

Prepare IP landscape reports to support R&D decision making

Perform IP analysis of This Company's portfolio

Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-project environment and prioritize work effectively.

Various property management tasks on region owned assets (ie. inspection and fencing).

At least three years relevant real estate experience or a combination of education and experience may be considered.

Use technical and/or professional skills to investigate problems and explore alternative solutions.

Demonstrated strong and significant public relations and both written and verbal communication skills.

Good computer skills – MS Word, Excel, and Access applications.

Proficient in Excel with excellent data management and reporting capabilities

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams.
