Responsibilities:

As a Project Specialist at Score Promotions, you will be a crucial member of our Projects Team, ensuring the successful execution of various promotional campaigns.

:

• Collaborating with the Sales Team to understand their project requirements and objectives.
• Managing project documentation, including contracts, briefs, and progress reports.
• Coordinating with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing client or team inquiries and keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Tracking and maintaining project timelines, and deliverables.
• Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing any issues or delays that arise.

Qualifications:

• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in the promotional products, marketing, or related industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
