The main goal of this project

To provide critical project management duties in the implementation of the Beta Launch of a new Digital P2P Community including, but not limited to.

• Apply user analysis, community listening and management to grow and nurture the digital platform and ensure that everything we do is grounded in member's needs applying understanding using data analytics and insights.
• Use communication skills to collaborate effectively and manage team member's objectives, tasks and timelines.
• Ensure the team members provide engagement enhancement and support for the digital community to help scale community participation, connections, and content sharing.
• Coordination of processes around team coordination, project management, roadmaps, social media marketing and growth analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.
• Evaluate the performance of the project team members and provide feedback for improvement.
• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of unexpected events on the project's success.
• Resolve conflicts that arise within the project team or between stakeholders to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage project scope to prevent scope creep, making sure that changes are properly assessed and approved.
• Develop a project schedule and timeline, monitor progress, and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
• Set quality standards for project deliverables and ensure that they meet the required level of quality.
• Build and lead a project team, providing clear direction, delegating tasks, and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
• Identifying and engaging with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
• Preparing for and managing changes that may occur during the project, ensuring they are implemented smoothly and do not disrupt project progress.
• Update and track the work progress in Jira.
• Conduct a post-project evaluation to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects.
• Regularly report the project progress to stakeholders and create comprehensive project documentation for future reference.

Skills or technologies necessary to complete the project.

• PMP certification is an asset.
