Programme Lead: Eu-Gmp Process Control

Responsibilities

The Programme Lead manages the development and execution of qualification studies, process validation, and inventory for EU-GMP sales. The position leads post-harvest activities and quality events during manufacturing, packaging, labeling and release batch documentation. The cross function assesses impact of continuous improvements and proposed changes to the current qualification status (i.e., Change Control). The Programme Lead act as Subject Matter Expert for cannabis flower processing to support quality assurance, internal investigations, and regulatory inspections. This role reports directly to the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Matters.

Qualifications

1+ years of practical and proven experience in the area of EU-GMP medicinal Cannabis product development

GMP and GPP experience is an asset

Core understanding and experience in quality systems, regulatory inspections, and project management

Conceptual thinking, high customer ideation quality attribute focus, and results driven

Advanced experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects, MS Teams)

Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt; maintain focus and a high degree of accuracy while working with complex data in an environment of ever-changing deadlines, priorities, and requirements

Exceptional analytical and organizational skills

Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately

Ability to multi-task or focus on detailed problems, and tenacity to drive issues until resolved

Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Willingness to adapt to necessities of an indoor horticultural application

Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for extended periods of time
