Support project manager(s) with monitoring action items, risks, issues, changes, and decision logs

2-4 years' experience as a Project Control Officer on small to mid-sized programs

Working knowledge of AVEVA PI historian or equivalent historian database experience is required.

Additional Qualifications - Competency Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in industrial environment

Core understanding and experience in quality systems, regulatory inspections, and project management

1+ years of practical and proven experience in the area of EU-GMP medicinal Cannabis product development

GMP and GPP experience is an asset

Advanced experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects, MS Teams)

Exceptional analytical and organizational skills

Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Manage the Process Control Engineers and the Quality Control personnel working in the lab.

Work with the other project engineers and the maintenance team to ensure designs conform to process requirements for any new equipment.

Collaborate with all managers on quality and improvement opportunities.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant manufacturing/process engineering or similar discipline; or five (5) years of equivalent training and experience.

WCM, Kaizen, or Lean Six Sigma experience.

Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Experienced on Alarm Management Cycle, High Performance and Abnormal Situation Management Operator Displays.

Adept to Project Management Cycle in a multifunctional environment.

Must have a safety-focused mindset and strong knowledge of safe work practices.

5+ years’ experience in process industry (pulp and paper experience is an asset).

In depth knowledge of Advanced Process Control Strategies and loop tuning methods.

Knowledge on OT/IT Manufacturing Best Practices and Industrial Automation Cybersecurity.

Strong Cash Management background / previous experience

Other onboarding / trading / regulatory / legal related tasks and projects as directed by reporting manager

Mature understanding of Capital Markets business and product offerings (Fixed Income, FX, Equities, Money Markets etc.)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A team player with a collaborative mind-set with strong interpersonal skills

Advanced computer skills (Office, reporting) - being technologically savvy a plus
