Salary: Academic starting salaries are determined based on qualifications and years of related experience as detailed in the collective agreement for academic employees
What You Will Do
The incumbent will teach a range of courses in our Business, Marketing diploma program at the introductory and advanced level. In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to play an active role in curriculum development, including decolonization, along with student advising, student recruitment and graduate placement with an emphasis on supporting the Program Coordinator and Associate Dean. A business focus and team approach is stressed.

What you bring to the role:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Advanced or Digital Marketing or a Masters of Business Administration with a marketing focus

Experience And Skills

• Demonstrated initiative, strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork with a high degree of attention and focus to detail
• Successful teaching or training experience
• Minimum five years relevant agency or industry experience
• Ability to work in a diverse dynamic, multicultural environment
• Preferred experience in advanced web 2.0 and web 3.0 marketing
