The TELUS Business Solutions (TBS) Wireline Finance team is a dynamic and highly engaged team that values diversity of thought and collaboration. We provide financial leadership for internal customers, such as the Product, Marketing, Sales and Operational teams, and act as a trusted partner to help them achieve business success.
The Centre of Excellence (COE) is an engaged team with a big mandate. Joining our team will give you the opportunity to learn about all aspects of our business. Our areas of focus include: Financial Business Intelligence, Process and Control Improvements, and Profitability Initiatives.

As a Performance Analyst, you will primarily identify complex business challenges and help achieve operational and strategic goals. Our team is looking for YOU – someone just as motivated about people as they are about financial analysis! You will be the business partner to a diverse group of leaders, including senior executives. You will connect the dots between our day-to-day activities and the broader TELUS strategy, to identify and solve important business challenges that are critical to our success.

You are comfortable combining data from multiple sources and are able to design a data strategy roadmap with no established precedent

What You Bring

• 3-5 years performance measurement, data analysis, and/or financial analysis
• Post secondary diploma or certification in statistics/economics or data management
• Able to communicate easily through Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

Great to haves

• In-depth understanding of the TELUS business, particularly Wireline
• SAP knowledge, experience with ERP and accounting systems
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
