Accountable to instigates VOC (Voice of Customer) and VOS (Voice of Sales) to all elements of Offering Management

Demonstrated experience with product engineering and management principles, general practices and regulations, policies and procedures

Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)

Defines the Business Systems operating requirements and functional configuration for successful implementation of the Offering Plan

Educational requirement: Degree in Engineering; Master’s in business administration (MBA) or equivalent business training will be an asset.

Generates and creates business proposition for capital investment, market growth, and improved market position of the Offering category

10+ years’ experience in heavy industry or mining

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervising role

Concentrator plant and operational control experience

Manage systems within the area of accountability to achieve the following outputs:

To fulfill these responsibilities, you will be expected to:

Degree in Public Administration, Conservation Sciences, Resource Management, or a related field;

Experience managing a team, including undertaking performance reviews;

Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating programs, strategies, policies, and/or services;

Experience administering resource legislation and/or regulatory processes;

Strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and influence people

Project management certification, such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred asset.

A minimum of 3 years of project management experience is asset.

Strong organizational skills, solid time-management, and being able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities within short timelines.

Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, management, and customers.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Manages activities related to the planning, monitoring and control of department operations.

Become a knowledge expert on pharmaceutical R&D spending trends and support a multidisciplinary team with uncovered industry and customer insights

Work in an autonomous, deliverable-driven, and remote-first environment

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent relevant education

2+ years of experience in business/data analytics or relevant experience in pharmaceutical R&D

Knowledge of data and visualization tools (Tableau, Python, Heap, Looker)

Past experience with value modelling (NPV)

Post secondary diploma or certification in statistics/economics or data management

SAP knowledge, experience with ERP and accounting systems
