As the Senior Analyst, Retail Compensation, you will support in delivering innovative, competitive, and cost-effective compensation programs that are valued by our Retail employees. THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst, Retail Compensation you will support in activities to:

  • Successfully execute all compensation programs by continuously improving people, process, technology, and tools
  • Establish bonus guidelines and recommendations to incentivize, recognize and reward results and commitments
  • Determine wage guidelines and contribute to developing recommendations to the business, while supporting in efforts to action changes and optimizations to drive performance with competitive compensation
  • Determine allowance guidelines, escalate opportunities for program improvement and contribute to delivering effective recommendations to the business to support professional needs


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst, Retail Compensation has:

  • Experience supporting compensation & benefits programs
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills and/or experience that are an asset to perform in the role, including:
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • Broad Retail compensation & benefits knowledge
