The Role

The Order Management Coordinator - invoicing clerk supports operations by handling incoming and outgoing invoices. Their main duties include creating invoices, ensuring all invoices are accurate, and resolving billing errors.

What You Will Do

• Resolve billing errors
• Handle billing queries from clients
• Ensure data input is accurate
• Create and send invoice to clients

Knowledge & Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Experience working with financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX considered an asset

What You Bring To This Role

• Strong organizational and analytical skills required with an emphasis on attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure to meet time constraints
• Must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated
