Operations Manager QVS
Quality, Verification and Standards (QVS) is a transforming business has a worldwide presence. Our size and global reach requires prioritization, focus and the ability to switch context multiple times a day. You are collaborative and excel at working with multiple partners.
We're looking for an Operations Manager, reporting to the Head of QVS Operations, partnering with QVS leaders and the existing operations team, to guide the planning and control of our operational activities.
The Role Responsibilities
  • Monitor progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide necessary oversight and support in the execution of essential QVS operational responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within our essential processes, align with partners, and implement.
  • Improve operating workflows and manual processes by implementing scalable, simplified and automated solutions across multiple disciplines that consider analytics and technology.
  • Partner with QVS business operations leaders, our Resource Management Office (RMO), our Program Management Office (PMO), and our People Experience (PE), Talent Acquisition (TA) and Finance partners, to identify opportunities & lead process improvements.
  • Manage maintenance and evolution of our QVS overall and BU-specific operations dashboards.
  • Use data and insights as a resource to guide efficient decisions across our business.
  • Lead workshops with cross-organizational teams using different collaboration tools (Miro, Asana, Trello)
  • Work with the operations teams to understand overall headcount across resource types including: financial impact, chargeback variance, and focused analysis.
  • Manage the learning and development plans for us in collaboration with the Learning and Communications team.
  • Implement measurements that track discipline performance, delivery, and financial status to find and address core risks to our business and partner teams.
  • Support or own aspects of the consolidated QVS operating and capital budgets, including resource plans.
What You Bring
  • Your experience using data and business expertise to inform decisions.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in operations management or a related field.
  • The ability to track, model and present information in engaging ways.
  • Proficient change management skills.
  • Experience with process improvement and automation tools.
  • Develop measurements that track discipline performance, delivery, and financial status to find and address core risks to our business and partner teams.
