This role will be responsible for overseeing the technical team and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our organization.
Role And Responsibilities
  • Oversee project estimation activities, leveraging your construction experience and technical expertise to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project coordination and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Estimation, Project Management and Construction, to ensure effective project planning and execution.
  • Lead and supervise the technical team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Lead by example and promote a proactive, self-starting mentality within the team.
  • Drive a strong team culture by fostering collaboration, open communication, and a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in acoustics and interior fit-out solutions.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate high energy, consistency, and a strong work ethic in all aspects of the role.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a similar role, Acoustics and Interior Fit-Out industry experience is an asset.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management, estimation, and reporting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation and/or construction, demonstrating a solid understanding of project planning and execution.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
