Operations Manager, Head Of Manufacturing

Requirements:

- Extensive knowledge of operation management, use of KPIs (key performance indicators)

- Supervision and implementation of operational and capital projects

- Extensive experience and deep knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), ensuring the quality systems and quality practices in all areas comply with regulations and requirements and are consistent with the company's quality policies and programs

- Knowledge of site preparation for internal and external audits, and making sure that all investigations, complaints, CAPAs ( Corrective and Preventative Actions), and change control are implemented and maintained.

- Experience in managing P&L (Profit and Loss)

- Strong engineering and project management background.

- Knowledge of CAD/CAM Technology and Digital.

- Proven leadership abilities to create and implement environmental, health, and safety strategies that involve standardization, communication, training, and continuous improvement.

- Experience in developing the organization's strategic plan, and preparing and presenting financial reports to senior executives and the President.

- Knowledge of cross-functional team management through strong engagement and teamwork toward a clear vision and goals.

- Having knowledge of all aspects of new products launched to ensure a competitive advantage and market leadership.

- Good relationship with vendors, maintenance, and upgrade of all equipment

- Good knowledge of IT

- Experience in using Salesforce.

- Excellent communication skills - English language.

Qualifications

MBA Is required. Advance in Finance is preferred, Manufacturing Engineering CAD/CAM
