THE OPPORTUNITY
Requirements
Strong experience designing and implementing supply chain solutions using the OMP software suite, you would be considered a subject matter expert.
🛩 Traveling will be an absolute must for this position. No other considerations will be made contrary to this requirement.
Sustainment:

• Subject Matter Expert In OMP Supply Chain
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning and optimization principles, including;

DP = Demand Planning
CP = Concurrent Planning
DPS = Detailed Production Scheduling
MEIO = Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization

• Ability to work with a small but mighty team, you will be expected to offer solutions and not wait for tasks.
• Documentation skills to maintain accurate records of system configurations, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
• Proficiency in OMP functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
• Relevant certifications in supply chain management, such as APICS CPIM or CSCP, are a plus.
• Continuous learning mindset with the ability to stay updated with the latest OMP features, industry trends, and supply chain advancements.

What you’ll be working on
As an OMP Supply Chain Solutions Architect (Sustainment), you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our existing OMP (Operations Management Pro) supply chain solution. This position offers a chance to leverage your expertise in OMP, supply chain management, and technical skills to ensure the ongoing success and efficiency of our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for OMP-related inquiries, issues, and support requests.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest OMP releases, features, and industry best practices to leverage new functionalities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancement requests and align them with strategic objectives.
• Manage the implementation of enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Actively seek feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Enhancements and Upgrades:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, supply chain technologies, and best practices relevant to OMP and supply chain management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the OMP solution, including system configurations, processes, and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, and investigate and resolve any system anomalies, data discrepancies, or performance bottlenecks.
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to end-users, addressing questions and promoting self-sufficiency.
• Solution Maintenance and Support:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Documentation and Training:
• Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the OMP solution effectively.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize system configurations.
• Propose and implement enhancements to optimize supply chain processes, increase efficiency, and drive cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and streamline operations.
• Assess business needs and recommend enhancements or upgrades to the existing OMP solution.
