Supply Chain Solutions Analyst Jobs

5+ years' experience in functional analysis of warehouse management and transportation management systems;

Own the application lifecycle management (projects, continuous improvement & support as required);

Support and optimize organizational change management and technical change control functions;

Generate and maintain critical supply and demand files for all planning horizons

Field all request-for-inquiry and request-for-quote from our Offshore, North American, and Specialty sales teams

Work with the Operations, Secondary Manufacturing, and Reman teams on supply solutions

Generate reports, identify trends in demand and supply, and provide support in scenario planning and Sales & Operations Planning process.

Post-secondary Business Degree (preferably focused on Wood Science or Supply Chain).

Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field- B.A./B.S. in business, finance or technical area required

Work with internal stakeholders to create project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and workplans for projects

Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and manage a project portfolio including efforts led by others

Experience with financial analysis and business case development

Monitor performance of Global Fulfillment projects against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics

Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification is an asset

Maintain detailed knowledge of standard ERP processes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including those related to Transportation and Logistics

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements, inputs and outputs to support application development, configuration activities and business reporting

Document and present technical requirements via system and reporting design specifications and as-built documentation

Promote knowledge transfer within the technology team and other business units

Establish the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of functional and technical requirements to create viable specifications and acceptance criteria for solutions

Experience leading complex, transformation initiatives; proven skills in change management.

Oversee the IT International/CAD Supply Chain team, including development, and performance management of the team

Lead solutions delivery to conduct technology and business analysis, scoping, and design to meet business requirements

Experience building an enterprise level Supply Chain analytics capability

Ability to cultivate a culture of visibility and a sense of purpose among the team and build clear accountabilities and metrics

Manager, Solutions Delivery, Supply Chain,

Relevant certifications in supply chain management, such as APICS CPIM or CSCP, are a plus.

Manage the implementation of enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.

Stay abreast of industry trends, supply chain technologies, and best practices relevant to OMP and supply chain management.

In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning and optimization principles, including;

Proficiency in OMP functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities.

Project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies are a plus.

Relevant certifications in supply chain management, such as APICS CPIM or CSCP, are a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the OMP software and leverage its capabilities.

Proven leadership experience demonstrating the skills required to manage people, processes, and data/information.

Develop project plans at a task, milestone and resource level and adhere to a structured, project management methodology.

Over 5 years of logistics or manufacturing experience, including knowledge of supply chain processes.

Plan and direct team’s responsibilities and activities; act as coach/mentor, motivating staff and developing team atmosphere.

Engage team on an ongoing basis to identify project issues, project risks, action plans and implications and manage those activities.
