Our client is based in the west end of the GTHA.
They are looking for a Director of Supply Chain.
Working alongside the Leadership team, the successful candidate will lead and direct all facets of sourcing, 3pl management, purchasing and inventory management for the company.
They will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing end to end operations.
The company is very successful and planning an aggressive growth plan in the next 3-5 years and requires the right individual to lead the Supply Chain function.

A key area of responsibility will be Strategic Sourcing for strong cost management domestic, international and overseas.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to feed production, enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve vendor performance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of procurement management principles, exceptional leadership abilities and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
You should have 10 years of proven experience, ideally with an APICS (CPIM or CSCP) designation.
You need to have demonstrated experience in significant growth, such as opening up a new Region of the Country or new Product line in your background
You should have proficiency with supply chain management software and tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Pair that with your Analytical Mindset and ability to interpret complex data, forecast trends and make date-driven decisions.
You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
