Job Description
Are you a highly skilled Office Administrator seeking your next challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity waiting for you in Calgary, AB. Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Office Administrator for a 1-month contract with the potential for extension. Join our well-established company and provide essential support to the team through basic administrative and onboarding duties. If you possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or human resources role, along with exceptional time management and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply today!


  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 4 PM, or 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Job type: Full-time | 1 month with the possibility of extension
  • Location: Calgary, AB

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct reference checks
  • Collect information for onboarding documents and employee files
  • Schedule onboarding sessions
  • Assist the HR team with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Enter information into paper forms, PDFs, and spreadsheets
  • Communicate with candidates, new hires, and references via email and phone


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required
  • Demonstrate data integrity and data interpretation
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills are crucial for success
  • Able to respond quickly to frequent changes in priorities
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administration or Human Resources role is a must
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
