Job Description
  • Performing basic office tasks such as filling, answering phones


etc.


  • Applying for city applications, permits and booking inspections as
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high intensity work environment
  • Handling communication via Phone, email and in person.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Highly organized with great attention to details.
  • Flexible and willing to work other tasks as assigned.
  • Any other duties as arise

  • Delivering accurate cost estimates based on all available data and


resources


  • Outlining cost analyses for the entire project as well as each


line item


  • Communicating with cost engineers and trade partners, as and when


required.


  • Recording and comparing bids from multiple vendors and


subcontractors


  • Fostering ongoing relationships with these vendors and


subcontractors


  • Advising management about the most cost-effective ways for
  • Finding ways to reduce costs of material and supplies


construction


  • Preparing changes to costs estimates when the plan changes, or


when the availability of materials or vendor changes


  • Preparing reports to analyze the cost of each house in advance
