Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at Spark Digital Marketing. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, handling communication, providing customer service, and performing general office administration duties.

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office equipment management
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with digital marketing is a plus
