RothLochston provides industrial construction, maintenance and fabrication services to the oil and gas, mining, and power generation industries throughout Canada. RothLochston is currently recruiting an Office Administrator, which will be a permanent role located at our Labrador City office.
The Office Administrator will play a key role in trades administration. This includes supporting and coordinating with applicable personnel to ensure the completion of site-based requirements for employee mobilization.

Responsibilities:
- Track all travel as per company policies.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed and proper approvals are in place when booking travel and accommodations.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for all employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist in trades administration duties.
- Coordinate with camp operators to ensure accommodations are secured for employees.
- Update personnel listing daily to ensure accurate resource listings are maintained.
- Provide backup support to the Safety Administrator, Payroll Administrator, and Training Administrator.
- Book flights and ensure employees are provided with itineraries in a timely fashion.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Efficient - understands company priorities and translates them into work responsibilities, structures and organizes work and resources to maximize efficiencies.
- Industrial construction experience considered an asset.
- Written communication - good writing and reporting skills, clear, accurate and concise.
- Completion of two-year Business Administration Diploma or similar certification.
- Flexible - willing to change priorities, takes on additional responsibility as necessary.
- Results oriented - gets job done right, delivers results, continuously improves, demonstrates energy and enthusiasm; service-oriented.
- Strong computer skills – particularly MS Office suite of products and Adobe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
- Initiative - self-starter; perceives a need and fulfills it in an effective and efficient manner.
