We're looking to bring in a diligent, and innovative MI Analyst with an excellent eye for detail. You don't need industry experience to be suitable for this role, though it would be beneficial.

Your Role

We're looking for someone who will be able to analyse data and trends and to produce reports from readily available data in creative ways in order to shape and inform the way our customer's operations will run going forward. This role will require significant Microsoft Excel skills and experience, you'll be using formulas and chart/graph creating skills and much more on a daily basis.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of the MI process with detailed review and data cleansing to ensure all data and reports are accurate, current complete and consistent.
• A good level of data manipulation skills and use of Excel, PowerPoint etc.

This is a Monday to Friday role with working hours between 08:00 - 16:00. We are looking for an Integration specialist for our Contract Logistics division/office based in Mississauga.
Your Role
You will create logical maps; work with several EDI formats (EDIFACT, flatfile ANSI, X12, API, XML) depending on client and integration partner needs. Engage with functional and technical partners to provide solutions from an EDI perspective. Perform integration unit testing post development. Reporting to the National Contract Logistics Information Systems Manager, you will be responsible for administration, support and logical mappings for our client integration between the Contract Logistics customer systems and the computer systems that our Contract Logistics operations use. All actions and job responsibilities must follow industry standards and compliance.
Your Responsibilities

• Guide process efficiencies through feedback cycles and continuous improvement
• Perform integration unit testing post development
• Creating logical maps in EDI formats
• Collaborate with carrier, functional and technical teams
• Troubleshoot integration issues
• Participate in joint continuous improvement projects with operations.
• Compliance with QSHE standards and ensuring compliance to both client mandated and national / provincial regulatory standards
• Oversee and maintain existing logical maps

Your Skills And Experiences

• Experience with multiple EDI formats (EDIFACT, flatfile ANSI, X12, API, and XML)
• Post secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years work experience in a similar position
• Previous experience working with a 3PL would be beneficial
